This job is fairly easy, depending on the site. I've been to sites and felt completely supported and appreciated. Pros Steady work, plenty of overtime. Cons It's a gamble which site you're assigned to. This company is a joke. I was a Flex and constantly disrespected by management. Supervisors are incompetent and lazy and have no business working as supervisors period.
Pros Weekly Pay. Cons Little to no lunch breaks at some accounts. Not everything is bad however, there are alot of issues in this company. Management really do not care and sometimes they will try to get over and they do not pay you for overtime.
They will want you to work but they will mess up your hours and communication with the managers are nonexistent. They won't answer and they don't care about anything you have going on.
To them, that's your personal problem. Pros Meet wonderful people. Cons Pay, no break, poor communication skills. Have worked for them 3 times and have loved the job every time.
They provided uniforms and 40 hours of training. Would recommend then to friends and family. Terrible mgmt. Told me I was fired because I wouldn't drop everything and leave school to cover a shift. Not worth it, unless you expect to get out fast.
The job is alright, but depending on others to arrive on time before you can leave is a big downside. Most people have no urgency, so you can stay an extra 4 hours at work and the manager will just insist you stay there disregarding anything you say about prior arrangements. Pros Paid lunch. The company doesn't care about you or the job at all. Pay is unfair and there is little room to advance. I even managed to advance into a supervisory position and was still not paid fairly.
There is no job security, they hold the fact that your job could be gone with little to no notice at the client's say. They'll also hire anybody that can breathe so expect to deal with a lot of characters. Everyone corporate and management is only out to protect themselves. Cons No Breaks, rude higher ups, low pay, terrible benefits. Great place to work and got to work with very nice people! Never had any problems with pay or scheduling.
My supervisors and other staff were all very helpful. Great place to start out, unfortunately not much room to advance. It gives you the experience needed if you wish to pursue other career paths. Depending on the position you are in the pay is either fine or is not worth it.
