I was able to move up to gio steer but that's as far as you can advance for the most part You're stuck out in the field with hardly any days off trying to find a work-life balance it's nearly impossible.

Small company environment, everyone worked well together as a team from upper management to general workers. Acquired new skills in accounting software program SAP. Worked well with immediate accounting co-workers.

I worked at Reservoir Group after the previous company was brought in a private equity aquistion. New managment was brought in and made changes to the business without meeting with the managment team or employees to learn about the business and get an employee perspective. New managment was not customer focused and had the mindset that the customers needed Reservoir Group more than Reservoir Group need the customers. Managment started to make very poor decisions and the bussiness has now shut down almost all of the divisions in the US.

Do not be sold on false hopes and dreams. Things change too quickly. Goals constantly realigned. Fear of getting laid off constantly. No accountability. Operations has a hard time executing certain things. Long Work Days - 12 or more hours. Good Benefits - little expensive for family plans. Low Pay, and not alot of pay raises Little advanced noticed when heading out to a location.

Company provided FRCs, hardhats, and Gloves. But you must buy your own boots,with allowance for them. Care to share? Help people considering your employer. Share your experience. Like all companies, reservoir has its pros and cons. Nothing spectacular here, or horrible. This applies to management, equipment, attitude. Financial Compensation varies, but my experience tells me its quite low.
