Coach Jo instills in her players a strong work ethic, teamwork, fundamentals, fair play, self-confidence and a sense of fun. She also as been officiated the game since , rose to the District level in and became a Nationally ranked official in In , Coach Jo saw the need for girls lacrosse growth at all levels. After graduating from the university, she taught mathematics and computers for a few years before returning to the university for graduate work in Exercise Physiology.

Her background in education and exercise has enable Coach Jo to build a successful business and program. Native to Georgetown, TX, Emily began her lacrosse career her sophomore year of high school. Post-graduation, Roussel began her coaching career at Concordia St. Paul University, as the Assistant Coach, while working towards her master's in Leadership in Management. Roussel helped the team to a season during their inaugural season in Stephen's Episcopal School, and is the Assistant Director at Texas Play Hard, where she is a head coach for the girls middle school team and assistant coach for the girls HS team.

As a lifelong educator and coach, Paul brings a desire to instruct young people and enthusiasm to coaching sports. July 30, My daughter actually learned the rules! Thank you! July 25, My daughter loved working with the coaches to improve her lacrosse skills! She can't wait to attend again next year! July 30, This was my daughters first experience of a sports camp or sleep away camp. She loved the pace and flow of the various skill sessions and games mixed together. She had a blast with the staff and found them very friendly. Wants to go back next year already.

July 25, The camp was very organized and my daughter came home excited about everything she had experienced. July 30, Even though my daughter had never played before she loved this camp. Now she feels confident to play for our local team. She also really enjoyed her camp leaders and winning prizes!!! July 24, I loved scrimmaging with all the different aged girls who were also all on different levels. I liked re-learning the basics which helped me improve overall. I also loved learning stick skills.

My favorite part was scrimmaging with the boys, and switching sticks. July 23, I want to thank you and the coaches for doing such a great job. Our daughter really enjoyed the camp at Southwestern. July 28, Tyler told us it was the best camp yet for Lacrosse and to my delight she actually admitted that she got a lot out of it, not bad for a kid that is already an accomplished lacrosse player.

Meet our captains for the season! Kayla helps lead our offense on the field and off the field is a positive voice for all players.

She always seeks out the new players to make them part of the team. She makes everyone feel comfortable and happy to be part of our program. She makes everyone feel important and an equally valued member of the club. Unfortunately Annie is not able able to play on the field this season due to injury, however, she is leading in a variety of other ways to help our team be successful. She has a great grasp of the game and comes up with great ideas and insights, teaching them to her teammates.

Reagan joined the team this fall and has already made a significant impact on and off the field. She's an excellent student, positive leader on the field, and expresses herself in a way that makes everyone around her strive to be better. Sally is a two time captain and leads the defensive unit on the field. She gets everyone around her excited to be playing.

She loves to learn all parts of the game and is always encouraging her teammates. We are excited to introduce our four fearless leaders for the season!
