The staff here is exceptional. I came in during their closing time and had an mandatory drug test for a new job. The staff let me proceed on their time and gave me the test. I was able to get what I needed done and there werent any foul attitudes from the staff.

Very helpful owner who has created a warm and inviting atmosphere for getting your blood drawn. I was dehydrated so my veins werent too good for drawing blood but she found a vein and no bruising. I really really loved this lab. I was in a hurry and they got me in and out quickly! The lab is beautiful and the nurse was so nice as i went in somewhat scared and she talked me through it.

I moved further and still take the commute to come to this location. This was the best test center that i have ever been to!!!! Kathy was sooo nice and helpful. I loved the clean spa like office. The location is in the back between Kohls and Sports Authority The staff is very professional and kind. The pricing is so affordable and results come back fast. I will be using this location all the time. I was so pleased with my experience at this lab. I am very afraid to have my blood drawn, but the lovely young lady that was working made this normally stressful process downright enjoyable! She got my blood on her first try with no trouble, which is very unusual for me.

They get you in and out. The staff is amazing and they do everything they can to help you and save you money. If youre looking for a professional and affordable lab, I highly recommended them. The staff is friendly and make you feel relaxed and comfortable. I went in for the vitamin B12 shot and will be back again. I feel more energized and it has also helped with my sleeping. I cant live without them!! I love this place, I come frequently to get my B12 shot. They did move though into Waterford Lakes area. Its a beautiful and more spa like atmosphere. Needed labs done stat was able to get in and out. I am scared to death of needles and Sherry was able to keep me calm. Sherry was awesome!!!! The office was so very clean and I will be back! The most painless blood drawing experience I have ever had. They were so kind and held my hand since I was nervous.

The owner is definitely about all about money and will do anything to gain money including requiring employees to stay in the office all day even on lunch which is automatically deducted from pay. Management makes up rules as they go and is highly disorganized. You are expected to eat, breathe, sleep the company. The only opportunity for wage raise is if you increase sales. Sometimes I got to work in the office alone. I got to enjoy going to different office locations, meet various employees, and share in knowledge and skills. I gained more knowledge through new experiences and opportunities. Pros Offices are relatively small. Learning opportunities, and opportunity for growing in the field new offices have opened.
