Pros None. Cons The people who find you work. They checked up on me a few times after finding me a position but after that I only went through the company I worked for. Pros Pay. Cons Work. Learned different assembly lines on a daily basis, supervisors listened to issues and addressed them. Work schedule was nice off on weekends. I enjoyed working at Nexteer Automotive through Aerotek. The work atmosphere was really good, the people that I worked with were fantastic. The biggest complaint that I had was with Aerotek itself. They almost never gave raises to their employees, and the benefits were almost non existent.

Pros Work environment. Cons Healthcare was expensive, raises were very infrequent, there were almost no benefits. It all depends on the job location, but Aerotek did a good job as an agency. They respond quickly to your questions and concerns. They provide insurance but, it kind of sucks. Pros Pay is weekly. Cons Health insurance. They were quick about helping me find a job but forget about trying to get ahold of them. You don't receive enough training for this position. There is poor communication with some internal departments which makes the job harder than it needs to be.

I think the salary should be more for all the work that is required. Pros Room for growth. Cons poor communication. If you're looking for a transitional job it's fine.
