Resident 1y ago. I have enjoyed the quiet and serene neighborhood and respectful and nice neighbors. Quite safe, only complaint is a lot of crazy California transplant drivers in this part of town. The neighbors are pretty nice too". Very few children. We been here for 9 years. Also, everything is only a few minutes away. Like the area. Very central. Close to a lot of shopping centers and local restaurants. Multiple parks near by. I run with my dogs everywhere without any complications or issue with neighbors".
