After spending several weeks searching the web looking trikes and realizing brand new ones were hard to get and pricey I started my search for nice pre-owned trikes. I had never been to Doc's as I historically did business with another dealership closer to home. I gave them a call and connected with Brad Bryant. Brad was more than helpful and took time to understand exactly what I was looking for.

He sent me photo's of bikes and invited me to drop by. Well the rest is history. I met with Brad the same day and put together a deal on a beautiful Harley Tri-Glide with only 3k miles. It's a beauty to say the least! That's just part of the happy story. The most important part is the people that make this shop run each and every day.

Not only was Brad Bryant a great salesperson I thoroughly enjoyed putting the deal together with Phil Bruno and going over the entire bike in detail with Doug. Each and every member of the Doc's team treats you as if you are their most important customer. Before they let me out of the dealership I got to meet the owner Beth Ernst. It's not everyday you purchase something from a business that you are asked to meet with the owner. What a great lady she is!

During the install my service advisor Leon Nyguyen called me to let me know I needed a new set of rear brake pads. He provided the cost and time frame to get the new install done, which I agreed to and was thankful this issue was found while my bike was in for tire service. Overall my experience with Doc's HD is exceptional and everyone I deal with in parts, service and clothing are all genuinely concerned about me and my bike. I have no reason to take my bike or my business anywhere else.
