He was super informative on the phone, I think we spoke to him for like a half hour and seemed like a wonderful person. I have had many piercings before and this one hurt the least! Frankie did an amazing job piercing my Daith! Very friendly and makes you feel at home. Just got my belly button pierced by Frankie!
