I have had a few different technicians and they have all been very sweet and knowledgable. In the past I have tried other lasers and did not see the same good results or feel as comfortable- I saw a big difference after just one session at Flawless. She is so caring, very particular in what she does, and is not too slow and not too fast. She also does injections. She fixed my lip injections that another nurse ruined elsewhere. She literally saved my appearance. Do not even get me started on ANI! She gives me the most amazing facials ever. I used to have big bumps of acne under the skin of my forehead and after a few sessions they are completely gone and have not returned.

Additionally, the waiting room is very clean and chic. Melanie Petrossian, for example, has a very professional, yet comforting, demeanor. Because of her witty attitude and great conversational skills, the time flies by. Zhanna was amazing!

I arrived a little earlier than necessary I was so nervous! Paperwork was quick, then I applied the numbing cream and waited in the back area until my appointment time. Suzyanna took me back right on time despite being booked back to back which I appreciated.
She was super sweet and made sure to do a consultation into what I wanted to achieve and answered all of my questions. We ended up doing a full syringe of juvederm ultra. The pain was much less than I expected, kind of felt like having a hair plucked out of your upper lip when the needle went in and out. The actual lip injection was like 5 minutes! I had bruising on my left side on the lower and upper lip which is completely normal. The swelling the next morning was much more than on the day of the actual injections but subsided during the day- just a heads up! I love them and definitely will be back! As soon as you walk in you know you are in good hands…from the way you are greeted by the ladies at the front desk to how all your questions and concerns are being answered.

The establishment is very nice and the staff are super friendly. I had 1 syringe of Juvederm injection on my lips. I had prior a injection done and my results paled in comparison to my results from Flawless. Absolutely in love! I had bought a Lifebooker special here to laser my bikini line. I had never even had a bikini wax, so I was a little nervous at first. I plan to touch up those spots soon. The very minor growth is on the areas that had less treatments.
